Return Eligibility

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, return eligibility depends on the reason for the return.

Custom-Made Products
All customized jerseys are produced according to customer-selected specifications (such as name, number, size, or design).
Returns or refunds for customized items are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect due to our error

Returns based on personal preference, sizing choices, or customization details approved at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Return Request Process

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or fulfillment error.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

No additional handling or processing fees will be charged for approved refunds.


Late or Ineligible Requests

Return requests submitted outside the stated eligibility conditions may not be approved. Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.
